Who is eligible to apply?
The exchange opportunity is mainly for PhDs and postdocs with a working contract at one of the NORA partners at the time of the exchange.
How do I apply?
You choose a host from HIDA and apply here. Applications are open now until September 26, 2023.
(If you do not find a relevant host for your focus in the host list. you can still contact any other professor linked with HIDA Institutes and mention their details in the application)
The application will pass two steps: First, the NORA office will screen your application, and then your future host will give their final vote.

What is the timeline?
- Aug 15, 2023 - Sept 26, 2023: Applications are open
- Second week of Oct 2023: You’re notified about your potential host’s decision
- Oct 15, 2023 - Oct 14, 2024: Exchange period, 3 months of exchange period between these months as agreed with your host.
